Businesswomen are being invited by an entrepreneur to a kitchen-based supporting gathering.

Toma Navickiene, a businesswoman from Hertfordshire, wants to use her new, free women in business program to help the community.

The Kutchenhaus German kitchen shops in Potters Bar and Welwyn Garden City are owned by Navickiene, who is lending her facilities for these encouraging gatherings, which are scheduled to take place every three months.

She stated: “People are relaxed when they’re in a kitchen chatting.”Because it’s a familiar setting and considerably more relaxed than, say, a board room, anxiety can be reduced.

“It feels very homely, and this is one of the reasons why I think it works so well.”

In December 2023, Navickiene arranged her first business function in the Potters Bar showroom. This led to the planning of several events over the following months.

The next meeting is scheduled for the end of March 2024 in the showroom in Welwyn Garden City.

These networking gatherings are organized to focus on the objective of understanding the businesses and explore the possibilities of creating solutions within the groups through collaborations.
